ICE. CAR. RAGE. is a re-imagining of the seminal performance work “Ice Car Cage” performed originally in 1997 in an abandoned parking lot by Jess Curtis, Keith Hennessey and Jules Beckman. Its reimagining in 2026, instigated by Gabriele Christian, will be performed by jose e. abad, Styles Alexander, and Clarissa Rivera Dyas with elements from the original work - an autonomous car, an ice block, a gilded cage.
